Synopsis

The Punan Ba community in Belaga Sarawak defended their ancestral land against logging companies and plantations obtained licenses to conduct activities on the land. This form of practice has gone on for a long time where the local indigenous peoples did not give their consent, and were never properly compensated. Is this in fact a new form of colonialism?
