Bio
Founder of Dorst MediaWorks and co-founder of Z-Channel Films, Steve is a documentary director, producer, writer, shooter, and editor. Steve has grown Dorst MediaWorks into one of the nation’s leading boutique video production companies serving international development organizations. He has produced 280+ videos for 50+ clients in 25+ countries; clients include USAID and its subcontractors, the World Bank Group and its partners, and diverse international nonprofits. Steve has directed three feature documentary films, is editing his fourth, and shooting his fifth. Steve likes to ride bikes, compose piano, and is learning to surf.
