This film is an enquiry into my identity as a born Kashmiri Pandit WomanI was 6 years old when my family had to leave Kashmir and so grew up remembering nothing of my home. 24 yrs on, I went back for the first time. That visit allowed me to retrace my roots through familial accounts of a less documented time, revealing deep connections beyond religion and politics.At a personal level it reveals the cruelty of exile across generations
