Synopsis

What do we leave undiscovered about each other? What passions, dreams and stories lie behind each face and place of our city, town or community? Extraordinary things exist in ordinary places, like fish and chip shops. One cold winters night in Leeds, England, we discovered Stan.

Stan talks to us, pondering the modern world, our human condition and poetically conducting a choir of everyday life and people. He reminds us to connect and talk to each other, to embrace our differences and love one another. After all we have far more in common than the things which divide us.

Stan sheds light on hope and togetherness in these precarious modern times. Because as the Jamaican motto says “Out of many, one people”.
