This documentary explores how archaic and outrageous Carnival traditions in Switzerland survive in one of the most technologically advanced countries. With the eruption of the late winter Fasnacht spirit in the cities and remote mountain villages, the normally reserved Swiss don masks and re-encounter each other in surprisingly earthy ways.
