Writers Matter

Writers Matter tells the story of a small organization working with inner city youth in Philadelphia teaching them personal narrative writing.
We see the effect these writing assignments have on the children, as well as on volunteers and teachers.
The movie is embellished with segments showing the children reading their own poems.
