I made a living as an entertainer my entire life starring in Broadway musical productions all over the country among other things. Then I transitioned to mostly working as a TV/Film actor (www.MichaelGier.com).  Living in Los Angeles, nine years ago I started a small production company that has grown into a full service production company (www.SilverDoveProductions.com). I've produced/directed hundred of projects over the years. Films include RZ-9, Foreclosed, But Now I See, and Birthday Surprise. A few years ago I started Silver Dove Films (www.SilverDoveFilms.org), a 501c3 non-profit, to produce film projects that make a positive impact on the lives of others. Through the non-profit we're currently producing two documentary series. One is called "The Gift of Giving" and the other is called "Overcoming the Impossible." I'm also producing/directing a documentary feature film called Wounded Heroes (www.WoundedHeroesDocumentary.com). We're currently flying all over the country and interviewing doctors, experts, military brass, etc. The films topic is Post-Traumatic Stress, the 22+ per day veteran suicide rate, treatments that are not working, and the many success treatments that are working without the use of mind altering prescription drugs with serious side effects currently being prescribed.
