Kinga Orlikowska Brooks is an LA-based editor bridging high-art scripted cinema and social-impact documentary. Mentored by Ewa Smal (Kieślowski’s editor) and coached by Francis Ford Coppola, Kinga applies a rigorous narrative architecture to every frame. Her lead credits include the 2023 Oscar-considered feature Uncharitable (dir. Stephen Gyllenhaal) and the award-winning Hard Ball: Girls of Summer.

A 25-year Avid and Premiere veteran, Kinga excels at "scripted logic" and complex technical problem-solving. From her roots as a Lead Assistant in reality TV to self-assisting archival-heavy features, she is an expert in wrangling diverse workflows—from legacy tape to digital online. An active member of the ADE, she is currently finishing a 30-year archival documentary.
