Jennifer Manner Pro

Jennifer A. Manner has over 20 years in the telecommunications industry in the private sector and in government. Ms. Manner holds a B.A. in Theater Arts from the State University of New York in Albany. Ms. Manner has two books on telecommunications and over 20 scholarly articles. She is in the progress of producing her first documentary, When Wired Was King, an oral history of the last three decades of telecommunications. Ms. Manner is also a produced playwright.
