I am currently a Professor in the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, Chapman University. I teach Documentary Production courses, and oversee an International Documentary program that takes groups of students to different locations around the world each summer to create documentary issues about human rights and social justice issues. I also continue to produce and direct documentaries for broadcasters on both sides of the Atlantic. I have produced, directed and written programs for PBS, BBC, National Geographic, Discovery, CNN, A&E, Arte (France/Germany), Bravo and others. I won a DuPont Award for a 2001 documentary ("Dying For Peace") about northern Ireland for which I acted as Supervising Producer.
