Hannah Thonet Pro

Hannah Thonet is an independent documentary filmmaker, photographer and writer based in New York City. She most recently associate produced the acclaimed environmental education documentary WHEN LEARNING COMES NATURALLY, which aired on PBS as part of The Learning Child Series. She is currently assistant editing a feature documentary about South Bronx chess champions, and is the marketing & outreach consultant for Peabody and Emmy-winning filmmaker Barbara Rick. Hannah’s primary passion is to use her voice and her camera to raise awareness for the work of nonprofit institutions and their advocacy efforts, particularly within the fields of environmentalism, sustainability and global health.
