Gustavo Curi is a New York City-based filmmaker and editor with a strong foundation in writing and visual arts. His recent work includes Declarations: Black Americans and the Revolutionary War (PBS), the Emmy-nominated feature January 6th (Discovery+, HBO Max), Crisis on Campus (Frontline), and Notre-Dame: Our Lady of Paris (ABC, TF1). He has also worked in the editorial department of documentaries for Nat Geo, Netflix, and Al Gore's Climate Reality Project. Early in his career, he directed The Tolerance Trilogy, a series of feature documentaries about aspects of living in New York City.
