Bio

Gina Vecchione is an Emmy Award-winning AVID/FCP editor based in Los Angeles. Her editing credits include shows for National Geographic, History Channel, Discovery Channel, MTV, England's Channel 4 and various other networks. Her first post-graduate venture into film-making ("Trip to Tehuacan") was an Official Selection at the 2002 Sundance Film Festival and the International Documentary Film Festival in Amsterdam. Ms. Vecchione has the talent and imagination to work in documentary work in her own editing studio. Ms. Vecchione always meets deadlines with style and grace. When Ms. Vecchione is not immersed in an editing project, she can be found singing and playing her sweet blues on a National Vintage Steel guitar at clubs around LA and NY. On occasion, she sings among the Venice Mermaids to raise money for the Rosemarie DiGiulio Foundation for breast cancer research. Ms. Vecchione is always looking for new and challenging projects.
