Eric is an Emmy-nominated NY based documentary filmmaker. He has played an active role in many areas of documentary programming, from development, through production, post, distribution and outreach. Projects have ranged from large-scale documentaries with national television premieres and successful theatrical runs, to multi-part prime-time documentary TV series, to smaller films that went on the festival circuit and built an audience through DVD sales and online marketing. Recent producing credits include: NEW HOMELAND (Dir Barbara Kopple. DOCNYC, 2018) about a group of recently arrived refugee boys who go to a summer camp in the Canadian wilderness; DESERT ONE (Dir Barbara Kopple, TIFF, 2019) about President Carter's attempt to rescue the hostages in Iran, GUMBO COALITION (Dir Barbara Kopple, DOCNYC 2022) about civil rights activists Marc Morial and Janet Murguia. He currently produces for Karim Amer and Jehane Noujaim at The OTHRS.
