Bio
Emmanuel Nturanyenabo is a filmmaker based in Rwanda. Since 2015, his short films were nominated for various festivals. In 2021, Tenacity, his debut feature film won the Best Indie Film from Africa by Best Film Award in the United Kingdom and is now showing at Canal+ Rwanda.
In 2022, he made a 12 min documentary named Forgiven but not Forgotten that was screened at Aesthetica Short Film Festival and Africa in Motion Film Festival and won the best documentary film award in Rwanda International Movie Awards 2023.
His current feature film: Who is Who (Writer-Director) is in Development Stage and has won 2000$ for Writing Support from Rwanda Film Office by January 2023.
