T.J. Parsell is a writer, filmmaker and human rights activist. He is author of Fish: A Memoir of a Boy in a Man's Prison (Carrol & Graf). His documentaries include Crisis: Sickle Cell Anemia for Johns Hopkins University Hospital and Behind The Making of Taxi to the Darkside. He is currently working on a documentary on the Bernard Madoff scandal.
