Sara Gouveia Pro

Sara Gouveia is a Portuguese photographer and filmmaker based in Cape Town (South Africa) since 2008. Since receiving her MA Photography in 2007 from the University of Bolton (UK) and Dalian University (China), Sara has had her work published and exhibited internationally and has co-directed the documentary film "Mama Goema: The Cape Town Beat In Five Movements", which won the Audience Award for Best Feature Documentary at the Tricontinental Film Festival in 2011. Sara has also collaborated on a number of promotional videos for South African and Portuguese artists as a director, cinematographer and editor.
