Safa Samiezade’-Yazd is a story producer working across documentary and unscripted series. Over the past decade, she’s worked in both development and post, helping shape story as projects come together.

Her work includes series for CNN, National Geographic, Disney+, and A+E, including Believer, COSMOS: Possible Worlds, Rough Draft with Reza Aslan, History’s Greatest Mysteries, Black Patriots, and Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup.

She’s especially drawn to character-driven and archive-heavy stories, and tends to collaborate closely with editors and producers as the structure evolves.
