Though I have a penchant for making historical documentaries like The Hall of Giants: The Story of Fremont & The Troll, I also film concerts, stage shows, and large-scale events.  As documentarian for the Fremont Arts Council and the international Celtic band SeaStar, I've made several varieties of docs that focus on events as they unfold.   I’ve also filmed performances for the world’s largest vaudevillian festival (Moisture Festival) four years running.  I have a Masters in Creative Writing from WWU and a background in writing research papers, so I treat doc work as a visual text which must be well crafted and researched in order to be compelling to audiences.  I'm always eager to find good stories and love working with others who do too.
