Kelcey Edwards Pro

Kelcey Edwards co-founded Iron Gate Studios, a community art space in Austin, Texas (2003 2006). In addition to her gallery work, Kelcey worked for a number of film festivals, including Cinematexas, SXSW, and  Sundance Film Festivals, and began her career as an independent filmmaker in 2003. Since then, her award-winning films have screened at festivals around the world, including SXSW, Silverdocs, Mendocino and Women's International  Film Festivals. She has worked as a film arts educator and is a published film writer. She has served as a film festival panelist  and was the 2007 winner of the Flatland Film Festival's "Friend of the Festival" award. She is currently working as a freelance  producer and videographer and received her Master’s of Fine Arts Degree in Documentary Film & Video from Stanford  University. Kelcey lives in Brooklyn, NY.
