Ian is an Emmy-award winning documentary cinematographer based in Vancouver, Canada.  Broadcast clients include BBC, NGC, Discovery, NHK.  Feature docs include the Academy Award shortlisted Facing Ali, The Suicide Tourist and others.  A certified Cineflex and Steadicam operator, Ian has worked in some of the most challenging and beautiful locations on the planet.  Ian also works in the drama world and teaches Advanced Cinematography at UBC and SFU.
