Holly Elson has been working in film and television in a variety of genres for over 12 years. As a documentary filmmaker, she combines archive material with a cinematic approach to tell personal stories across multiple platforms. She has made films for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Discovery and UKTV History. Holly was selected for Emerging Visions, a program honoring 25 breakout filmmakers hosted by the Film Society of Lincoln Center and the IFP, at the New York Film Festival. She is creative producer on Lives of the First World War, Imperial War Museum’s major digital platform for 2014.
