Hina Ali is an editor and director based in Brooklyn, New York. Hina's body of work reflects her personal journey as a modern Muslim woman and her passion for storytelling.

Hina’s editing credits include the Emmy-nominated feature documentary Among the Believers (Tribeca 2015, PBS) and Insha’Allah Democracy (DOC NYC Fest 2017, Amazon Prime).

Her recent credits include Unladylike2020, an innovative transmedia project featuring twenty-six extraordinary American heroines from the early years of feminism timed to the women’s suffrage centennial.

Hina has edited and produced films and shows for PBS, BBC, Vice, Discovery+, Amazon Prime, Starz, Hulu, Cheddar, Magnolia Network, Dawn News, and Aaj News.
