Angela Brown Pro

Angela Brown is a cultural story producer, media researcher, and writer whose work focuses on cult cinema, queer media history, and visual culture from the VHS and pre-digital era.

She is the creator of Exquisite Revolt, an independent media project examining how film, television, and cultural narratives shape personal and collective identity through writing and video essays.

Angela is also developing Archives of Media Culture, a growing research archive dedicated to overlooked films and visual culture from the 1980s and 1990s. The project brings together curated film research, media history, and archival discovery from the pre-digital era.

Over the past two years she has traveled internationally while developing independent media and research projects.

She is open to collaborations and contract work in documentary storytelling, story research, archival research, and cultural media projects.
