Dave Timko Pro

Dave Timko is an award-winning documentary filmmaker with nearly three decades of long form storytelling experience.  In his combined roles of producer, shooter and editor, Timko co-created over 40 documentaries for CNN, specializing in first-person narratives of the most relevant stories of our time.   He has been recognized for his work with 5 National Emmy Awards, a Peabody and specialty awards for environmental reporting.   Since 2012, Timko has been a regular contributor to the PBS series, This American Land, and currently enjoys multiple roles as lead producer, director of photography and supervising editor for the syndicated documentary series, Global Health Frontiers.
