Anam studied Cinema at the University of Toronto and Documentary Production at Sheridan College, Canada. She is deeply interested in creating platforms for women's voices and exploring life at the peripheries in Pakistan. Anam has produced three short films in Canada and was production manager on a major action feature in Swat in 2014. Her most recent Documentary short follows the lives of children performers in Pakistan's hardest working circus. Zunn: Showgirls of Pakistan, currently fundraising for its post production, is her first documentary feature.
