Alex Gaylon is a friendly filmmaker in Brooklyn, NY. While studying radio, television, and film at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Alex made a documentary called “Lucky Boy†about the search for his birth-mother. The making of “Lucky Boy†changed Alex’s personal and professional life in unimaginable ways and the documentary has won several awards in film festivals around the world. Alex has worked as a producer, videographer, editor, and videojournalist for a variety of clients including The Brooklyn Academy of Music, Time Out New York, Dolly Parton’s 9 to 5: The Musical, The Moth, and okayplayer.com.
