Synopsis

In Course of Food, Chef Marc Dunham meets free-range pig farmer Andy Bowen, who operates and preserves a sustainable ranch in order to give people an opportunity to eat an animal that lived a happy life. Faced with the trials of independent ranching and the sustainability of small-town America, Course of Food examines Andy's 'back-to-basics' approach. In the end, Chef Marc and Andy connect through food and community, proving lasting relationships are what is truly important.
