These entries are mostly about the making of my Web documentary, Home Page. It begins in August, 1996, when this site first went online and around the time I first started showing a work-in-progress sample of the footage publicly. Given the film's theme of the Web -- and life -- as an ongoing work-in-progress, I figured it only fitting that I invite the public in on my own working process. Silly me.

Home Page slowly evolved over the years into a finished film, and is currently navigating a rather unique path to the viewing public, largely through the Web itself. But it's clear that the film itself is only the first part of a much larger narrative that continues to play out on the Web, and threatens to be never-ending.

If you're coming to this journal cold, you may want an overview of the project first. You may not. But be sure to visit the Cast of Characters. Hit their links and be off on your own wonderous Web voyage. And kiss your free time goodbye.
